Meet The Founder
Hannah is a San Francisco Bay Area native who feels privileged to have served older adults for the past 20 years. Her family owned and operated a small senior community where she started as a care provider and later moved into operations as a licensed Administrator for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly. Hannah earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis and worked as a Marketing Director in upscale senior communities in San Francisco, where she found joy in connecting with residents and their families. Before starting Bridgewell Transitions, she spent 6 years at a premier senior care management company, where she worked closely with Geriatric Care Managers and supported the day to day operations.
In addition to her experiences working with older adults, Hannah is a licensed Realtor® and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) specializing in selling and buying homes for mature adults. She is also a Certified Residential Transition Specialist (CRTS™) trained to assist older adults in residential transitions. Hannah’s unique background, valued experiences and genuine heart for seniors lead her to start Bridgewell Transitions to meet the growing need to support older adults in residential relocation and transitions.
